Job summary

Atrium Centers Lexington Court Care Center is seeking a Social Services Director to support residents and families in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

You will develop and evaluate social service programs, address residents' psychosocial needs, and coordinate services while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Preference for a Licensed Social Worker and at least one year of supervised social work in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Licensed Social Worker preferred (not required).
• Minimum of one year of supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with psychosocial needs of the elderly preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and reimbursement guidelines.

Responsibilities
