Job summary

BRIA is seeking a Social Services Coordinator in Westmont, Illinois, to assist with the planning and implementation of social services programs. The ideal candidate will develop educational in-services and assess potential residents, contributing to the overall care environment.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in social work or related field and at least 4 years of experience directly caring for individuals with psychiatric disorders. The company offers benefits including a 401K plan and tuition reimbursement.

Social Services Coordinator Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or better in social work, human services, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders
• Licensed Social Worker preferred
• Experience in skilled nursing facilitiesExperience with PAN
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
