Arcadia Care is seeking a Social Services Director to oversee the Social Services department, ensuring residents' social and emotional needs are met in accordance with laws and regulations.

The role requires leading the department, assessing psychosocial needs, developing care plans, and maintaining relationships with medical staff and health-related facilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of job-related experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Experience with social work, preferably working directly with patients and their family members at a nursing facility.
• Detail oriented, computer literate and possesses excellent communication skills.
