Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist higher-level staff with resident schedules and program activities.
• Monitor behavior, conduct bed checks, and document observations.
• Escort and supervise residents during meals and activities.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and treatment tasks.
• Support facility operations, security procedures, and safety checks.
• Report resident status and incidents to supervisory staff.
