Responsibilities

• Assist higher-level staff with resident schedules and cultural programming.
• Monitor resident behavior, conduct bed checks, and document observations.
• Escort and supervise residents during meals, educational, recreational, and off-unit activities.
• Assist residents with daily living activities under supervision.
• Support facility operations with security procedures, safety checks, and a safe residential environment.
• Report resident status and incidents to supervisory staff.
