Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in social work from CSWE-accredited program.
• Experience in biopsychosocial and mental health assessments considered.
• Eligibility for Social Work licensure or licensure by endorsement desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and mental health assessments and formulate diagnostic impressions.
• Respond to urgent mental health and psychosocial crises in clinical, community, and emergent settings.
• Provide clinical case management addressing medical, behavioral, social, environmental, and cultural determinants of health.
• Provide consultation to medical, behavioral health, and administrative staff on psychosocial factors affecting patient care.
