Job summary

Fundamental in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Social Services Assistant for a full-time, 9am–5pm role Monday through Friday. Salary posted at USD 21.50 per hour. You will conduct initial social service assessments, inform patients and families about Medicare/Medicaid options, and coordinate discharges with Case Management.

Required: High School Diploma or GED; experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility; Social Work license preferred but not required. Reliable transportation is required.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
