Job summary

Sprenger Health Care in Lorain, OH seeks an experienced admissions and social services lead to oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing relations with residents and families.

You will conduct monthly trainings for admissions and social services, oversee quality assurance activities, and manage referral source accounts. This full-time role offers a competitive wage based on experience and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in long term care, licensed social worker or bachelor’s degree preferred, must possess excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and training of all new admissions directors, discharge planners, and social workers.
• Develop one-to-one relationships with residents and families.
• Conduct monthly meetings and trainings for admissions and social services
