Job summary

Sprenger Health Care Systems is seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Lorain, OH facility. The role requires managing operations, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising department supervisors and staff, coordinating recruitment and performance evaluations, and maintaining policy adherence across all facility departments. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required, accredited by the US Department of Education.

Qualifications

• Supervise the recruitment, employment, performance, evaluation, promotion, and termination of all staff.
• Assume responsibility with department supervisors of ensuring adequate staffing.
