Job summary

Sprenger Health Care, a third generation operator of senior living communities, seeks a qualified professional to oversee onboarding and training of admissions directors, discharge planners and social workers in Lorain, OH. You will build relationships with residents and families and lead monthly meetings for admissions and social services.

Responsibilities include quality assurance through mock surveys and audits, plus managing referral source accounts.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in long term care, licensed social worker or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
