As a Social Service Worker, you are on the front lines offensuring children in foster and kinship care experience safe, stable, andnurturing homes. You’ll work closely with foster families, children, andservice teams to assess well-being, monitor progress, and ensure services meeteach child’s unique needs. This role combines direct support, clinicaljudgment, and advocacy—allowing you to build meaningful relationships whilehelping children and families move toward stability, healing, and permanency inalignment with The Bair Foundation’s mission.

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, HumanServices, or a related field (state-specific requirements apply)
Experience providing casework services tochildren and families, preferably in foster care or child welfare
Strong assessment, documentation, communication,and problem-solving skills
Candidates must possess a valid driver’slicense, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration.
