Qualifications

• Qualified professional in the state of North Carolina.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related human services field required.
• Experience working with children and families in a community-based or child welfare setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, registration, and reliable transportation.

What You Bring

QualifiedProfessional in the state of North Carolina

Bachelors degree inSocial Work or related human services field required

Experience workingwith children and families in a community-based or child welfare setting

Strong leadership,communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to supportstaff development while maintaining program quality and compliance

Valid driverslicense, insurance, registration, and reliable transportation

What Puts You Ahead

Previous supervisory or leadership experience

Previous DSS or County Experience

LCSW or LCSW-A Licensure

Experience in foster care, child welfare, or behavioral healthservices

Confidence managing high-risk situations and supporting crisisintervention

Strong understanding of documentation, compliance, and servicestandards

Passion for mentoring others and creating a positive teamculture
