Job summary

The Bair Foundation is seeking dedicated staff to support children and families through in-home and community-based services. You will walk alongside families, helping them build stability, confidence, and hopeful futures.

The role emphasizes strong communication, independence in home settings, and experience with children and families. A valid driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle registration are required, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

WHAT YOU BRING (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or arelated field preferred
• Experience working with children and families preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in home and community settings
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and vehicleregistration.
