As a Foster Care Coordinator, you are on the front lines of ensuring children in foster and kinship care experience safe, stable, and nurturing homes. You’ll work closely with foster families, children, and service teams to assess well-being, monitor progress, and ensure services meet each child’s unique needs. This role combines direct support, clinical judgment, and advocacy—allowing you to build meaningful relationships while helping children and families move toward stability, healing, and permanency in alignment with The Bair Foundation’s mission.

Protect Child Safety– Actively monitor placements, evaluate risk, and respond decisively to safety concerns, including allegations of abuse or neglect.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field (state-specific requirements apply)
Experience providing casework services to children and families, preferably in foster care or child welfare
Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet state training and certification requirements
