Job summary

The Bair Foundation in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to safeguard children in foster and kinship care. You will partner with foster families, service teams, and community providers to assess needs, coordinate services, and support positive outcomes for children through coaching and relationship-based practice.

You will monitor safety and placement stability, ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual standards, and respond during crises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related human services field.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard children by monitoring safety, placement stability, and responding promptly to concerns.
• Coordinate care by developing service plans and collaborating with internal teams and community partners.
• Support foster and kinship families through coaching, supervision, and ongoing guidance.
• Track progress and adjust services to support permanency and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and accreditation standards; maintain thorough documentation.
• Respond in crisis and participate in on-call rotations.

WHATYOU’LL DO TO MAKE AN IMPACT

Safeguard Children – Monitor safety,well-being, and placement stability while responding promptly to any abuse,neglect, or safety concerns.

Support Foster Families – Providecoaching, supervision, and ongoing guidance to foster and kinship parents usingevidence-based, relationship-focused practices.

Coordinate Care – Assess needs, developservice plans, and collaborate with internal teams and community partners toensure appropriate interventions are in place.

Track Progress – Monitor child and familyprogress, document outcomes, and adjust services as needed to supportpermanency and well-being.

Ensure Compliance – Maintain accurate,timely documentation and ensure services meet regulatory, contractual, andaccreditation standards.

Respond in Crisis – Participate inon-call rotations and provide support during emergency or after-hourssituations when assigned.

WHATYOU BRING (Basic Qualifications)

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or arelated human services field

Requirements: Candidates must possess a validdriver’s license, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration.Strongassessment, documentation, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently whilecollaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
