Job summary

Anderson Mill Center for Nursing and Healing in Austell, GA is seeking a Social Services Assistant to develop and manage a comprehensive social services program for residents and families, including discharge planning and advocacy. You will collaborate with the treatment team to address medical-related social needs and coordinate family meetings.
