Oliver Hospitality seeks a dynamic Social Sales Manager to drive growth for its hilltop hotel and event destination in Marshall, CA. You will cultivate new accounts, nurture relationships, and execute sales plans to exceed revenue and room-night targets.

This role requires 2+ years of hotel sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams in events and operations.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience required.
• 3-5 years of hotel sales experience noted in role requirements.
• Proficient in general computer knowledge and sales systems (CRM, reservation, and revenue tools).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
