EVERSANA is seeking a Social Media Operations Lead for a long-term contract with a Fortune 100 client. You will drive the backbone of digital execution, turning complex requests into streamlined workflows and ensuring every step from Airtable requests to Hootsuite community interactions is documented, approved, and executed with precision.

You will own calendar optimization, SLA governance, project intake, approval facilitation, scheduling, and community management.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with Airtable for workflow architecture.
• Expertise in Hootsuite publishing and inbox management.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and optimize the content calendar across the portfolio.
• Establish and enforce SLAs for social requests and assets.
• Serve as central intake hub for social requests and track statuses.
• Facilitate end-to-end approval workflows for compliant content.
• Handle scheduling and community engagement within Hootsuite.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for publishing and community management.
• Onboard new team members and partners on internal workflows.
