Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide administrative and project support to the recruiting team. You will source candidates, schedule interviews, manage applicant tracking systems, and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.

This role drives multiple recruitment projects, improves processes, and champions diversity, equity, and inclusion while delivering exceptional candidate experiences across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition supporting hiring and previous project manager experience.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using various methods (job boards, social media, referrals).
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Assist with creation and facilitation of offer letters.
• Support background checks and candidate navigation through the process.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems with accurate data.
• Provide administrative support (posting jobs, reporting, candidate communications).
• Lead and manage multiple recruitment projects from initiation to completion.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in Talent Acquisition.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all actions.
