EVERSANA is seeking a Social Media Operations Lead to orchestrate end-to-end social content execution, from first requests in Airtable to final community engagement in Hootsuite. This role emphasizes process discipline, documentation, and precise scheduling to maintain a consistent publishing rhythm across platforms.

You will own the intake, approvals, and SLA adherence while training teammates and partners on internal workflows.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Airtable for workflow architecture and Hootsuite for publishing and inbox management.
• Experience creating SOPs or training materials for digital/marketing teams.
• Ability to manage expectations across multiple business units with diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Content Calendar Optimization: maintain the master social media calendar in Airtable with strategic cadence.
• Workflow & SLA Management: set SLAs and ensure assets arrive within windows to meet publishing schedule.
• Project Management: act as central intake for social requests, track statuses and follow-ups.
• Approval Facilitation: support end-to-end sign-offs for compliant content ready to launch.
• Scheduling & Community Management: handle scheduling and engagement within Hootsuite.
• Operational Excellence & SOPs: maintain SOPs for publishing and community management.
• Internal Training & Enablement: onboard new teammates on workflows and protocols.
