Qualifications

• University enrollment in marketing/communications is preferred.
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Lightroom.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality photo and video content for social media and promotional materials.
• Manage and maintain property social media profiles with regular posts and engagement.
• Collaborate with office staff to support leasing and resident retention efforts.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for consistent postings across platforms.
• Assist with outreach marketing on campus and in the local community.
