Job summary

Tailwind Group in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Community Assistant to drive leases, engage peers, and deliver top-tier customer service for The Quarters Gainesville. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, and support daily property operations to hit occupancy goals while representing the property on and off campus.

The role is full-time, in-office, with typical hours 8:30am–5:00pm, and occasional after-hours needs during turnover periods. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Current university enrollment or future resident status is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service for residents and prospects.
• Conduct property and unit tours; present leasing options and community features.
• Maintain tours, model unit, and amenity spaces with pride.
• Communicate with prospects via phone, text, and email to maximize conversions.
• Support turnover and move-in/out procedures, including after-hours duties.
• Open/close office and ensure professional appearance and dress code.
