The Quarters Gainesville, operated by Tailwind Group, seeks a part-time Marketing Assistant to boost the online presence of our student housing property. You will craft engaging photo and video content for social media, manage profiles, and support leasing marketing while coordinating a monthly content calendar.

You will collaborate with the office team on events, promotions, and resident outreach, maintaining brand quality and timely posting on 15–20 hours per week with some nights and weekends

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in customer service/sales/retail preferred.
• University enrollment in marketing/communications or related field preferred.
• Experience editing with CapCut, Canva, and Lightroom.

Responsabilidades

• Produce high-quality photo and video content for social media and promotional materials.
• Manage property social media profiles and engage the community.
• Collaborate with office staff on leasing marketing support.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for consistent posting.
• Assist with campus outreach, resident events, and community relations.
• Ensure marketing materials reflect unique property features and amenities.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
• Explore partnerships with local businesses to expand reach.
• Assist with turnover periods and move-in/move-out procedures.
