Job description

Omega Law Group is a prestigious and rapidly growing law firm serving clients throughout California and Texas. Our dedicated team is known for delivering exceptional service and winning results for our clients. Through innovation, compassion, and expertise, we have built a strong reputation and continue to expand our presence, practice areas, and brand.

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly hands-on Social Media Manager to help take Omega Law Group’s social presence to the next level.

Position Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, creating, and executing engaging social media content that builds brand awareness, grows our audience, and generates meaningful engagement and client leads.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who understands what performs on social media and can take an idea from concept to execution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing a content strategy, writing a TikTok or Reel script, directing attorneys on camera, shooting and editing video, identifying emerging trends, and analyzing performance.

You should have a strong understanding of social media culture, short-form video, storytelling, influencer marketing, and how to translate trends into content that feels authentic to a professional brand.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the firm's social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content aligned with the firm's brand and marketing objectives
  • Develop concepts and write scripts for short-form videos, attorney spotlights, client stories, educational content, campaigns, and other social-first content
  • Direct attorneys, employees, and other on-camera talent to create natural, engaging, and high-quality content
  • Shoot and edit video content from start to finish, including cuts, captions, graphics, sound, transitions, and platform-specific formatting
  • Identify social media trends, trending sounds, formats, and cultural moments and quickly determine how they can be adapted appropriately for the Omega brand
  • Identify, pitch, and manage influencer and creator partnerships, including outreach, creative briefs, agreements, content review, campaign execution, and performance reporting
  • Manage and maintain the firm's social media content calendar and digital brand asset library
  • Monitor and engage with the firm's online community through comments, messages, and other interactions
  • Identify and appropriately route potential client inquiries and leads generated through social media to the Intake team
  • Leverage AI and emerging technology to improve content development, ideation, editing, research, and overall workflow efficiency
  • Monitor social media performance and provide regular reporting on reach, engagement, audience growth, content performance, lead generation, and other key metrics
  • Use performance data to continuously test and improve content strategy
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, attorneys, and other departments to develop campaigns and content
  • Ensure social media content complies with applicable legal advertising requirements and the firm's brand standards
  • Stay current on platform changes, algorithm updates, social media best practices, and emerging content trends
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing social media accounts for a brand or organization
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social media campaigns, short-form video, and other content personally created or led
  • Strong video production and editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Proven experience developing and executing influencer or creator campaigns
  • Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills, particularly for short-form social video
  • Experience directing on-camera talent and managing content shoots
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, platform-specific content, and audience behavior
  • Experience using AI tools to improve creativity, productivity, and workflow efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
