The ideal candidate has 3+ years in social media, a strong portfolio, and a knack for trend-driven storytelling aligned with a professional brand.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong portfolio showing campaigns, short-form video, and content led or created.
Experience with influencer campaigns and on-camera direction.
Proficient in video editing and storytelling for social platforms.
Familiar with AI tools to boost creativity and productivity.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the firm's social media strategy across major platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand goals.
Write scripts for short-form videos and guide on-camera talent.
Shoot and edit video content from concept to final cut.
Identify trends and adapt them to the Omega brand responsibly.
Manage influencer partnerships and content campaigns with performance reporting.
Maintain content calendar and digital asset library.
Monitor engagement, respond to community interactions, and route leads to Intake.
Collaborate with Marketing and attorneys to develop campaigns.
Ensure compliance with legal advertising requirements and brand standards.
