Job summary

Moaddel Law Firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. This full-time, hybrid role owns our daily social media presence across Spanish and English channels, engaging with the Latino community in Los Angeles and the Inland Empire.

You will coordinate content, calendars, and events, collaborating with brand ambassadors and a videographer to drive data-driven strategies and measurable growth. Fluent English/Spanish and strong copywriting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Content creation experience in legal or immigration context a plus.
• Ability to manage content calendars and meet deadlines.
• Strong copywriting skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage and publish daily content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Organize and update the content calendar with brand ambassadors and videographer.
• Monitor comments and direct messages with urgency and professionalism.
• Write and optimize captions and hashtags in Spanish and English.
• Track performance and provide weekly reporting and insights.
• Identify top-performing content and scale into paid campaigns.
• Coordinate shoot day logistics and talent preparation.
• Lead on-set direction to align with brand voice and strategy.
• Coordinate appearances for legal authority content with attorneys and case managers.
• Attend community events and non-profit programs related to this role.
• Build relationships with religious leaders, nonprofits, schools, and Spanish-language media.
• Develop and track a partnership pipeline with status updates.
• Identify community moments and opportunities for engagement.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team in Los Angeles. This is a full-time, hybrid role for a creative and results-oriented professional who thrives in both digital and community spaces. You will own our daily social media presence while building authentic social relationships across Los Angeles and the Inland Empire (community outreach). This role connects brand ambassadors, videography production, online engagement, and real world community impact. Join our team and work with Leadership to develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy as it relates to messaging, engagement, and content performance.

Work Setup

• Full-time
• Weekdays - Occasional evenings and weekends needed for events
• Hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA

What You’ll Do

• Manage and publish daily content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Organize and update the content calendar in coordination with brand ambassadors and the videographer.

• Identify top-performing organic content and recommend scaling opportunities into paid campaigns.
• Coordinate shoot day logistics, including scheduling, location booking, and talent preparation.
• Lead on set direction to ensure alignment with brand voice and content strategy.
• Coordinate attorney and case manager appearances for legal authority content
• Attend community events, gatherings, non-profit programs, and local events related to this role.
• Build and maintain relationships with religious leaders, nonprofit directors, schools, and Spanish-language media.
• Develop and track a partnership pipeline with status updates
• Identify key community moments and opportunities for engagement.

Compensation, Benefits & Equal Employment Opportunity

Moaddel Law Firm offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 annually based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the firm’s community presence and digital growth strategy. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Content Creation experience - Legal or Immigration experience is a plus.
• Enjoys working independently, managing competing priorities.
• Experience meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content for a Spanish dominant audience.
• Skilled at managing content calendars and daily publishing.
• Demonstrated copywriting skills in both English and Spanish.
• Comfortable working with analytics and in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in person within the Latino community in Los Angeles (community outreach).
• Self-directed, organized, and production- minded.

Salary Description

$65,000 to $85,000 annually based on experience
