The role leads PPC, SEO, SEM teams, collaborates with multiple departments, and manages budgets to maximize ROI, while ensuring compliant and ethical marketing practices. West Hollywood on-site presence is required.

Position Overview:

As Chief Marketing Officer at Omega Law Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance the firm's brand, drive client acquisition, and support business growth. This newly created role involves leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with various teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an overarching marketing strategy aligned with the firm's business goals and objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage the PPC, SEO, SEM, and other marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
• Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business initiatives
• Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI
• Lead efforts to enhance the firm's brand visibility and reputation in the market
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in marketing activities
• Continuously innovate and adapt marketing strategies to stay competitive
• Establish KPIs, measure performance, and provide regular reporting

*This position is based at our West Hollywood office and requires physical presence on-site.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing, with 5+ years of experience in people management strongly preferred
• Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the legal or professional services industry
• Innovative and creative mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive innovation in marketing strategies
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies
• Deep understanding of the latest marketing trends and technologies, including digital marketing, social media, and content marketing
• Budget management experience with the ability to allocate resources effectively and optimize ROI
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Compensation:

$200k+ depending on experience
