Fuse in San Leandro, CA is seeking a Social Media Lead to shape how the company appears online, turning complex fusion tech into engaging content and growing our presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube and beyond.

You will work with engineering, creative, recruiting and leadership to tell the story of what we’re building and why it matters, balancing fast-paced priorities with a commitment to quality.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content, communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record growing social channels and increasing organic reach and engagement.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex technical ideas into clear, compelling content.
• Hands-on experience managing social platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and/or YouTube.
• Working knowledge of SEO and organic search strategy, including keyword research, content optimization, and improving search visibility.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social content, campaigns, writing, or audience growth.
• Ability to work directly with engineers, technical experts, executives, and creative teams to develop content.
• Comfortable moving quickly, working with incomplete information, and managing multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute Fuse’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create compelling content around Fuse’s technology, people, launches, tests, and company milestones.
• Turn complex fusion and engineering work into clear, engaging content for technical and broader audiences.
• Grow Fuse’s audience, reach, and engagement across social platforms.
