Planet is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our Communications team in San Francisco. You will own day-to-day social execution, craft compelling stories about our technology and mission, and extend Planet’s brand voice across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Reddit.

Working in a high‑stakes environment, you’ll collaborate with creative teams, translate leadership perspectives into platform-native content, and analyze performance to optimize campaigns while building strong

Qualificações

• 4+ years managing daily social operations for a technology company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing.
• Ability to translate technical topics into engaging digital content.

Responsabilidades

• Evolve Planet’s multi-channel social strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Reddit.
• Develop social-first content and storytelling aligned to brand and audiences.
• Own day-to-day channel operations, planning, drafting, scheduling and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce social visuals and assets.
• Translate leadership perspectives into platform-native content and manage real-time conversations.
• Track KPIs and deliver insights to leadership to optimize campaigns.
