• 3-7+ years of full-time experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Startup environment experience, especially early-stage, is preferred.
• Background in B2B SaaS or AI is a major plus.
• Strong storytelling and writing skills; clear, human, crisp prose.
• Proficiency with video editing and short-form content creation.

Responsibilities

• Manage FurtherAI’s social media presence on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Plan, draft, schedule, and publish daily or weekly content that aligns with brand voice.
• Collaborate with Marketing Lead on campaigns, product updates, events, and thought leadership.
• Research competitors and trends to keep content sharp and differentiated.
• Edit and publish short-form video (YouTube Shorts).
• Engage with community: respond to comments, monitor DMs, track growth.
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate to improve reach and impact.
• Support creation of content for paid social campaigns.
• Contribute ideas for formats, hooks, scripts, and new angles.
