Job summary

Fuse is seeking a Social Media Lead to shape how the company appears online, growing our presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other platforms. You’ll translate complex fusion and engineering work into clear, engaging content that resonates with technical and broader audiences.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, creative teams, recruiting, and leadership to share Fuse’s story, milestones, and launches, while optimizing content for discovery and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content, or communications.
• Proven track record growing social channels and increasing organic reach and engagement.
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to turn complex technical ideas into clear, compelling content.
• Hands-on experience managing platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Working knowledge of SEO and content optimization for search visibility.
• Stellar portfolio demonstrating social content, campaigns, writing, or audience growth.
• Ability to work with engineers, executives, and creative teams to develop content.
• Comfortable moving quickly with incomplete information and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute Fuse’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Create compelling content around Fuse’s technology, people, launches, tests, and company milestones.
