Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years in social media management, customer experience, and product insights.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboards.
• Experience with enterprise social media platforms and sentiment analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mine social media and review data across sources to identify sentiment themes.
• Model cost of poor experience and ROI of improvements.
• Forecast impact on POS performance and subscription renewals.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance to prioritize initiatives.
• Serve as overflow support and refine engagement tone and timing.
