Arlo Technologies is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to lead critical research initiatives that will impact customers and the business. This contract role offers independence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes through user-centered research.

You will drive strategic research, own the end-to-end process, and communicate actionable insights to product teams. The role requires 2–3 years of UX research experience and comfort working with remote teams.

Formación

• Master’s or PhD in Psychology, Cognitive Science, HCI, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional UX research experience with a portfolio.
• Experience with interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead research initiatives aligned with key business priorities.
• Plan, conduct, and analyze studies including usability tests and interviews.
• Create screeners and manage participant relationships end-to-end.
• Translate insights into product improvements and communicate findings to stakeholders.
