Job summary

Arlo Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to lead critical research initiatives that will directly impact customers and the business.

This contract role offers independence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes through user-centered research. You will design and execute studies, recruit participants, and synthesize findings to inform product decisions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional UX research experience with a portfolio demonstrating both qualitative and quantitative research projects.
• Experience with user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Strong participant recruitment and management capabilities.
• Experience working with mobile applications and digital products.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic research initiatives aligned with key business priorities.
• Plan, conduct, and analyze usability studies, interviews, and surveys.
• Create screeners and manage participant relationships end-to-end.
• Translate insights into product improvements and create story-driven research reports.
