Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, journalism, etc. is required.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Excellent professional writing and editing skills.
• Ability to compile and analyze qualitative and quantitative data and report results.
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) for monitoring and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and tracks social media and related discussions across platforms to assess conversations about the organization.
• Identifies patterns, sentiment, and trends to inform brand strategy and customer service opportunities.
• Develops reports for executives; strong writing and reporting skills are essential.
• Compiles data-driven insights and communicates findings to key stakeholders.
• Escalates issues to management and ensures appropriate response protocols.
