Job summary

Parks Lincoln of Longwood is seeking a creative Social Media / Concierge Coordinator to join our dealership team. This role focuses on representing the Parks Lincoln brand online and in-store, producing engaging content, and delivering a personalized customer experience.

Responsibilities include posting across major platforms, creating graphics and short-form videos, capturing photo/video testimonials, and collaborating with departments to drive growth and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Creative, personable, organized and self-motivated.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Comfortable creating and editing photos and short-form videos.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Solution-oriented and resourceful; able to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Create, post, and schedule engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create graphics, short-form videos, Reels, Stories, photography, and captions
• Capture customer delivery photos and video testimonials
• Bring fresh ideas and strategies to help grow our followers, engagement, and online presence
• Monitor content performance and stay current with social media trends
• Engage with customers and help create a welcoming, personalized dealership experience
• Assist with customer deliveries, dealership events, promotions, and special initiatives
• Coordinate content and marketing needs with dealership departments and outside partners
• Assist with website updates, digital promotions, signage, and other brand-related projects as needed
