Parks Lincoln of Longwood is seeking a creative, personable Social Media / Concierge Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will craft engaging content, interact with customers, and bring fresh ideas to improve our online presence while representing the Parks Lincoln brand both online and at the dealership.

The role emphasizes social media management, video/photo production, and a welcoming dealership experience.

Qualifications

• Creative, personable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Comfortable creating and editing photos and short-form videos.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Solution-oriented and resourceful, with the ability to take initiative.
• Able to learn new tools or processes independently.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities and follow projects through to completion.
• Motivated to bring new ideas and actively help grow our social media following.

Responsibilities

• Create, post, and schedule engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create graphics, short-form videos, Reels, Stories, photography, and captions.
• Capture customer delivery photos and video testimonials.
• Bring fresh ideas and strategies to help grow followers, engagement, and online presence.
• Monitor content performance and stay current with social media trends.
• Engage with customers and help create a welcoming, personalized dealership experience.
• Assist with customer deliveries, dealership events, promotions, and special initiatives.
• Coordinate content and marketing needs with dealership departments and outside partners.
• Assist with website updates, digital promotions, signage, and other brand-related projects as needed.

Compensation
