Job summary

SZCO Supplies, Inc. seeks an outgoing Social Media Coordinator to become the on-camera face of our social channels. You will create short-form content for Instagram and TikTok, demo products, and help expand our live-shopping streams.

The role focuses on being on camera, delivering energetic, engaging content, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to identify compelling products and ideas.

Qualifications

• Personality, creativity and comfort on camera are essential.
• Enjoy creating short-form social content for Reels, Stories and TikToks.
• Experience with live-shopping or on-camera sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be on camera creating TikToks, Instagram Reels, Stories, product videos, and other social content
• Help develop fun, engaging ideas for short-form videos
• Demonstrate and talk about products naturally on camera
• Host live social-shopping streams and interact with viewers in real time
• Answer questions, showcase products, create energy, and make the content entertaining
• Work with marketing and product teams to identify products and content ideas
• Help grow our social media following and live-shopping audience
• Learn what content performs well and help us create more of it

Who We're Looking For

We're much more interested in your personality, creativity, and comfort on camera than a traditional marketing résumé.

• You already enjoy using Instagram, TikTok, Reels, or Stories
• You're confident talking to a camera and don't mind being the center of attention
• You're outgoing, energetic, personable, and able to think on your feet
• You understand social media trends and what makes people stop scrolling
• You're comfortable demonstrating and talking about products
• You're dependable and comfortable working independently
• Previous professional social media, content creation, live-streaming, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with TikTok LIVE, Instagram Live, Whatnot, or other livestream platforms is a plus

Location

This is an in-person, on-camera position at our Baltimore, Maryland office. Our products, inventory, content setup, and team are located on-site.
