This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves beauty and fashion, and knows how to create engaging video content that feels authentic, fresh, and native to each platform.

We’re looking for someone who can do more than edit videos. You’ll be behind the camera, capturing content on your iPhone, turning ideas into compelling short‑form videos, and bringing beauty, artistry, products, and cultural moments to life across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

The ideal candidate is comfortable creating both spontaneous, lo‑fi social content and more polished brand videos. You understand what makes someone stop scrolling, can spot emerging trends, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative creative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Create, shoot, and edit short‑form social video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts.
• Capture engaging iPhone‑first footage, including behind‑the‑scenes moments, interviews, beauty artistry, product demonstrations, events, and street‑style content.
• Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and native social platform tools, incorporating engaging hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, music, and trending formats.
• Develop authentic, lo‑fi content that feels spontaneous and native to social platforms while maintaining established brand standards.
• Support more polished video productions featuring beauty products, makeup artists, talent, and campaign storytelling.
• Collaborate with social media, creative, and campaign teams to brainstorm, produce, and deliver both planned and real‑time content.
• Stay current on TikTok and Instagram trends, bringing fresh creative ideas, formats, and references to the team.
• Capture additional social‑first content opportunities during events, on‑set productions, and behind‑the‑scenes activities.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality content within quick turnaround times.
• Organize and prepare final video assets for publishing and internal workflows, including Figma, digital asset management systems, and Dash Hudson.

What You’ll Bring

• Hands‑on experience creating, shooting, and editing short‑form video content for social media.
• A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts, including platform‑specific trends and best practices.
• Experience shooting high‑quality, engaging video content using an iPhone or other mobile devices.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and social media editing tools.
• A strong creative eye for visual storytelling, composition, lighting, pacing, and editing.
• Ability to independently take content from initial concept through filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Experience creating authentic, engaging content rather than relying exclusively on traditional, highly produced video formats.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced environments with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work alongside creative teams, talent, and other stakeholders.
• A portfolio or examples of short‑form social video content demonstrating your filming, editing, and storytelling skills.

• Experience creating social‑first video content for beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience capturing makeup artistry, beauty tutorials, product launches, influencer content, or fashion events.
