What we’re looking for:

Romeo & Juliette Inc is looking for an experienced social manager who can curate killer content, analyze results and adjust on the fly. The ideal candidate is quick witted, can actively engage with our social media community and has a natural cultural curiosity to keep up to date with the social zeitgeist. This role owns execution across all major platforms, developing and managing the content calendar to keep things fresh, relevant and reactive to current trends. You’ll need a creative eye, to be comfortable behind the camera, and have both graphic design and video editing skills. In addition, this position is responsible for organizing and distributing social content libraries.

Our Marketing team supports multiple brands, and we need players that can multitask with intention, continuously learn, and consistently provide high quality content.

What you’ll do:

Social Media Marketing

  • Develop branded social media content calendars and social strategy
  • Own day-to-day posting and scheduling across all social media channels
  • Drive creative ideation and create on-brand content
  • Graphic design for social posts & ad creative (show us your portfolio!)
  • Organize and distribute owned, influencer, and UGC content
  • Pull, monitor and evaluate both organic and paid performance reports monthly
  • Organize branded & collaborative giveaways
  • Develop tools, strategies, and suggestions for franchise shop owners
  • Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed to support departmental goal

Social Engagement

  • Be the first level of customer service on social, delivering timely and empathetic responses to consumer questions and needs
  • Manage day-to-day social media conversations, from regular engagement to responding to inquiries and feedback, ensuring excellent customer experience
  • Research and report on emerging content trends, tools, and services

Content Management

  • Distribute social content to our ecom platforms, and across our networks
  • Keep gallery libraries updated, correctly named and easily searchable
  • Regularly update social visuals (IG highlights, Bio Links, Social covers)
  • If you’re local, assist at brand photoshoots

Reporting & Insights

  • Track and measure community engagement metrics, social sentiment, and campaign performance

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in Marketing, Social Media preferred
  • Active participant across multiple Social Media channels and experience with TikTok, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to contribute and present ideas
  • A team player able to take direction as necessary, work professionally and collaboratively with internal/external business partners
  • Must possess excellent organization/prioritization, problem-solving, being nimble and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to attend and travel (at least 30%) to events required
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Other projects and duties as needed and/or assigned

Nice to haves: experience with Canva, CapCut, BazaarVoice, Meta Business Suite

  • Remote, salaried work structure

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on various factors such as: experience, knowledge and skill set.
