Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or creator-focused roles.
• Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Demonstrated success growing engagement across multiple social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation, distribution, and optimization of social media content across Brightway channels.
• Create high-quality content quickly while maintaining brand standards and platform relevance.
• Develop content tailored to multiple audiences including franchise owners, clients, employees, and influencers.
• Interview agency owners, leadership, and clients to uncover authentic stories.
• Capture, produce, edit, and publish video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
