Job summary

Advantice Health LLC is seeking a Social Content Lead to own our organic social content calendars and produce native content across platforms for beauty and wellness brands. You will shoot, edit, and design social-first assets for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more, while partnering with creator, brand, and paid media teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in social media, social content, or a related role.
Proven ability to create social-native content from concept through execution with a strong portfolio.
Comfortable shooting and editing video independently, including mobile-first content.
Strong design instincts for on-brand static and carousel creative.
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging formats.

Responsibilities

Own organic social content calendars across multiple brands.
Concept, shoot, and edit social-first video content for short-form formats.
Create static and carousel content native to each brand.
Transform influencer content into paid social assets with cutdowns and variations.
Develop new paid social creative in partnership with paid media teams.
Move quickly on trends and cultural opportunities while maintaining brand voice.
Collaborate with VIBE, Brand, Regulatory, and agency teams to move content from idea to live execution.
Use learnings from organic and paid performance to improve creative and formats.
Help manage day-to-day content organization and assets in Air.
Experiment with AI and emerging tools to speed up content development.
