Braven is seeking an Associate Director, Social Media to own and grow its social media presence, crafting platform-native content and translating impact into compelling digital narratives. You’ll work with marketing teams to align with partners and donors while building engaging audiences of students and supporters.

You will lead strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, and emerging platforms, partnering with regional teams and maintaining timely, relevant content.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing social media for an organization, brand, or cause.
• Hands-on content creation and channel strategy.
• Proven track record of growing social audiences and driving engagement.

• Develop and own Braven’s social media strategy across major platforms.
• Produce high-quality, platform-native content and storytelling.
• Track performance metrics and present insights to leadership.
