Job summary

Pelican Products, Inc. in Torrance, CA, is seeking a Social Media & Affiliate Coordinator to grow our digital community, engage audiences, and manage influencer, creator, and affiliate programs.

You’ll coordinate partnerships, craft content with our brand voice, and use social insights to optimize campaigns. Responsibilities include monitoring channels, responding to questions, conducting social listening, analyzing performance data, identifying trends and creators, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in social media, community management, influencer/creator marketing, affiliate marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency with major social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X.
• Experience with social media reporting, analytics, and Meltwater-like tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day community engagement across Pelican’s social channels (comments, messages, mentions).
• Respond to general brand questions and route service needs to internal teams.
• Engage with user-generated content, creators, and online conversations to boost awareness.
