Job summary

Bird & Be, a modern fertility and reproductive health brand, seeks an Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Coordinator to support and grow our creator, affiliate, and media partnerships across digital channels.

You’ll be highly organized and proactive, working with creators, talent managers, agencies, and external partners to manage outreach, onboarding, campaigns, and reporting. You’ll help execute campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, and more.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, PR, affiliate marketing, or related marketing roles.
• Passion for social media, creators, digital culture, and influencer marketing.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of affiliate, influencer, and creator partnerships — from research and outreach to onboarding, campaign coordination, and reporting.
• Research and identify creators, influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, and media partners aligned with the brand.
• Coordinate creator campaigns, including outreach, gifting, timelines, approvals, deliverables, usage rights, and follow-ups.
• Help manage affiliate partnerships by maintaining links, promo codes, campaign assets, and partner communications.
• Assist with onboarding and relationship management across creators, affiliates, agencies, and media publishers.
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, affiliate activity, and creator deliverables.
• Maintain organized partnership databases, reporting trackers, and campaign calendars.
• Support partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, blogs, and emerging platforms.
• Coordinate sponsored content, affiliate features, and collaborative marketing initiatives with media and publishing partners.
• Monitor creator trends, competitor partnerships, platform updates, and emerging opportunities within the creator economy.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, social, creative, and ecommerce teams to support launches and campaigns.
• Help ensure all partnership deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
