Job summary

Pelican Products seeks a Social Media & Affiliate Coordinator to grow our digital community and manage influencer, creator, and affiliate programs. You will engage with our social audiences, build creator relationships, coordinate partnerships, and use social insights to strengthen the Pelican brand.

You’ll track performance, translate data into actionable strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain a consistent Pelican voice across channels.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in social media, community management, influencer or affiliate marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
• Experience with social reporting and listening tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written communication and brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day community engagement across Pelican's social media channels.
• Respond to general brand and product questions and direct to internal teams.
• Engage with user-generated content and creators to strengthen brand awareness.
• Conduct social listening across brand, competitors and trends.
• Track and report social media performance and insights.
• Identify potential creators and influencers and coordinate outreach.
• Coordinate product gifting and creator campaigns.
• Maintain influencer records and performance metrics.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for affiliate partners and coordinate activities.
