Job summary

Bird&Be is seeking an Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Coordinator to support and grow our influencer, affiliate, creator, and media partnership programs across digital channels. You’ll handle outreach, onboarding, campaign coordination, reporting, and relationship management with creators, affiliates, and media partners.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, PR, or related marketing roles.
• Passion for social media, creators, digital culture, and influencer marketing.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of affiliate, influencer, and creator partnerships—from research to onboarding, campaign coordination, and reporting.
• Research and identify creators, influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, and media partners aligned with the brand.
• Coordinate creator campaigns: outreach, gifting, timelines, approvals, deliverables, usage rights, and follow-ups.
• Help manage affiliate partnerships by maintaining links, promo codes, assets, and partner communications.
• Assist with onboarding and relationship management across creators, agencies, and media publishers.
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, affiliate activity, and creator deliverables.
• Maintain databases, reporting trackers, and campaign calendars.
