HIAS seeks a Program Associate, Social Integration to provide administrative and programmatic support for the Social Integration team, coordinating affiliate networks and data collection across HIAS’ nationwide partners.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. Refugee Program; experience at a national resettlement agency or affiliate is a plus.
• Refugee resettlement or migration experience is valuable.
• Excellent computer skills including data entry and data analysis; proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of Apricot (case management system) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with HIAS affiliates and national agencies.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within the US.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates regular calls with affiliate partners, including scheduling and logistics.
• Tracks attendance and shares call materials with partners.
• Monitors program inbox and responds to inquiries with timely follow-up.
• Processes affiliate exception requests with proper tracking and communication.
• Maintains and updates affiliate contact lists and distribution groups.
• Coordinates collection and tracking of semi-annual affiliate reports.
• Tracks training hours and supports reporting requirements.
• Supports administration of learning management systems and user access.
• Provides support for other social integration program functions as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
