Job summary

HIAS Inc. is seeking a Program Associate, Social Integration to provide essential administrative and programmatic support for the Social Integration team. The role coordinates affiliate calls, maintains communications, and supports data collection across HIAS’ network of affiliates and partners.

The position requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of the U.S. Refugee Program, and strong computer skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in refugee or social services programs.
• Knowledge of U.S. Refugee Program required; experience with national resettlement agencies is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills with data entry and data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with HIAS affiliates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regular affiliate partner calls, including scheduling and logistics.
• Track attendance and share call resources (recordings, slide decks, resources).
• Monitor program inbox, triage inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Process affiliate exception requests with proper tracking and communication.
• Maintain and update affiliate contact lists and distribution groups.
