Job summary

• Undergraduate degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provides targeted technical assistance to HIAS affiliate partners and conducts assessments to identify gaps.
• Oversees PC program areas, funding streams, and alignment with ORR guidance.
• Reviews budgets and approves invoices; coordinates subaward processes.
• Supports semi-annual and annual PC reporting to the federal funder.
• Oversees PC data management including Apricot data oversight and dashboard reviews.
